We do not send, purchase, rent or use third-party contact lists for unsolicited bulk email, SMS or other electronic communications. We also do not authorize employees, contractors, affiliates, referral partners, agencies or any other third party to advertise or promote Greenspark through unsolicited messages.
Marketing communications may only be sent to:
- Individuals who have expressly opted in to receive them;
- Existing customers or users where communication is permitted by applicable law; or
- Relevant business contacts approached individually and lawfully for legitimate business purposes.
All marketing messages must accurately identify the sender, include a clear method of opting out and comply with applicable privacy and electronic communications laws. Unsubscribe requests are processed promptly.
Any affiliate, partner or third party found to be promoting Greenspark through unsolicited messages will be required to stop immediately and may have its relationship with Greenspark terminated.
Suspected misuse of the Greenspark name or getgreenspark.com domain can be reported to support@getgreenspark.com. We will investigate all credible reports and take appropriate corrective action.
